What roles are on offer?
- General Store Manager - £20-35K + generous monthly bonus scheme
- Shop Floor Controller – up to £19K basic + generous monthly bonus scheme
- Sales Consultant – up to £12.5K + uncapped commission
- Pay As You Go (PAYG) Consultant - up to £12.5K + uncapped commission
- Store Administrator – £11-14K basic + generous monthly bonus scheme

Training and Development
We want people to view Phones 4u as a place they can develop their career and a business which offers excellent training and development opportunities for all employees. All new Retail employees spend 5 days at Sales Academy, which is an introduction to the Phones 4u sales process, this course breaks down each part of the process providing new starters with all the tools they need to succeed.
